Tū Ake
What is it?
Tū Ake is a two day action packed capability development opportunity extended by the Rata Foundation to its funded entities and kaupapa in the charitable and philanthropic space to help build your team’s confidence, to increase your knowledge and to fill some gaps in your priority areas.
Tū Ake is a a mixture of keynote addresses by experts, resident mentors who will help you complete an action plan for your Kaupapa or entity in a priority area that you need most.
This is an opportunity to build your entity or kaupapa’s collective capability, revitalise your people, connect with other likeminded entities, and leave with really useful practical takeaways that you will be able to put to use straight away. This is not a two-day chalk talk type presentation it’s an active work on – your priority, your focus, your gaps – in a supportive and nurturing space.
